Millions of Christians today have no idea that repentance is now required (Acts 17:33-34).
Acts 17:30-31
Truly, these times of ignorance God overlooked, but now commands all men everywhere to repent, 31 because He has appointed a day on which He will judge the world in righteousness by the Man whom He has ordained. He has given assurance of this to all by raising Him from the dead.” NKJV
Get your Bible out and learn these verses for yourself before it is too late.
There may even come a point to where God will humble those trying to reach a person who needs to repent. The Apostle Paul feared that when he returned to see the Corinthians, they would not have repented of the sins that they were committing, and so God might humble him, preventing him from continuing to reach out to them (verse 21 below). Check the verses below.
2 Corinthians 12:20-21
For I fear lest, when I come, I shall not find you such as I wish, and that I shall be found by you such as you do not wish; lest there be contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, backbitings, whisperings, conceits, tumults; [21] lest, when I come again, my God will humble me among you, and I shall mourn for many who have sinned before and have not repented of the uncleanness, fornication, and lewdness which they have practiced. NKJVIf someone is often rebuked (corrected strongly) concerning the things of God, but they ignore it, refusing to change, then their destruction will come suddenly, and be without restoration. Check the verse below.
Proverbs 29:1
He who is often rebuked, and hardens his neck, Will suddenly be destroyed, and that without remedy. NKJV
If you knew these verses for yourself, there would be no way that you could attend a church that ignores them and keep silent. Imagine belonging to a Christian organization based on believing a book (the Bible) that we don’t believe. Are we too in a position to where God may humble those who are trying to reach us before it is too late?
